Scotty Morrison |
Known to many around Haliburton and beyond. Scotty started his career in 1954 as the youngest NHL referee to join the NHL at that time. He went on to become the Referee in Chief and held that position from 1965 to 1986. During this time, Scotty also held Sales and Sales Management positions from 1957 – 1965 which prepared him for his next great venture as Chairman and CEO of the Hockey Hall of Fame where he retired in 1998.
Scotty and his wife Joan had 8 children and 26 grand children! Scotty's late wife Joan called to heaven Feb. 2009.
