My musical interests vary from New Wave and 80's Alternative to Pop from the 70's through to today. From Jazz vocals and New Age to some Classical.
Although I was never proficient in sports (thanks for the "Below Average" in Grade 6 gym), a strong interested developed for Masters swimming in Vancouver, where I lived (and loved) for 6 years. That lengthy relationship continued to the Etobicoke Olypium into the 2000's.
I have replaced 3 hours of weekly workouts in the Olympic pool with weight training and cardio (the latter is an imperative ingredient for any fitness program). When I joined a gym, my cardio fitness was assessed at one level below the top.
My partner and I miss Raven, a black German Shepherd. For 11 wonderful years, Raven adored our water access only cottage and the freedom it offered.
