Moe Welch |
Born and educated in Sarnia Ontario. Earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Industrial Psychology. Married to wife, Lois and has two sons (one in Toronto and one in Smitthers, B.C.) a daughter in Ohio with three grandchildren. Before retiring in 2004, worked primarily in Human Resources Management in the manufacturing industry in St. Catharines, Oshawa, Windsor, and Elmira. Moved from 25 years living in Woodstock, Ontario and retired to the Haliburton area in June, 2005. Besides curling, interests include alpine skiing, cycling, long-distance running, boating, traveling and vocal music.
Currently Ontario Curling Association Representative for the Haliburton Curling Club, Vice President of Haliburton Highlands Friendship Force, and member of Haliburton Festival Singers and Haliburton Easy Riders Cycling Club.
