Suzanne Bourchard |
She was told by friends to join Canoe FM. Apparently they felt Canoe could use her expertise. Suzanne got her start as an interviewer and advisory committee member for the New Horizons project, "Aging Outside the Box". She is now a host for "Living Outside the Box" which airs on Thursday mornings from 9 to 11 a.m.. She loves to interview people on topics that touch the Mind/Body and Spirit. She is attracted to alternative ideas, and loves people who have a creative story or unusual employment to share with the listeners.
Suzanne owned a Woman's Fashion Boutique in Oshawa for 10 years and in Unionville for 13 years. She is a qualified Esthetician and had a clinic in both her clothing boutiques.
In her spare time, Suzanne studied Life Coaching and has recently completed a course in Staging and Redecorating. Why? Because she loves to be creative and enjoys helping people with their homes! Suzanne is now studying Feng Shui for Decorating so she can put the Staging and Feng Shui together and start another business in the near future! Haliburton County will never be the same!
Suzanne enjoys volunteering at Canoe - everyone is so pleasant and helpful. She and her husband, Paul, moved to Haliburton permanently 2 years ago and enjoys the cottage country life!
